By accessing or using the OctuBot platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

OctuBot provides AI-powered business automation tools including but not limited to voice reception, website chat, lead response, follow-up sequences, reputation management, marketing automation, and custom-built integrations. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

Certain Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by OctuBot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses, automate communications, and perform tasks on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated communications sent on your behalf.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctuBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OctuBot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OctuBot operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
